Gravis Energy Corp. is one of Korean Consortium Companies, KWULP (Korea Waterbury Uranium Limited Partnership), in developing the Waterbury Lake Uranium Project with Fission Energy Corp.
Gravis Energy holds a 10% interest in a consortium generally named as “KEPCO Consortium” which includes Korea Electric Power Corporation, Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Co. Ltd., Korea Nuclear Fuel Co. Ltd., and Hanwha Corporation. The consortium has a 50% interest in the Waterbury Lake Uranium Property being held by Fission Energy Corp. Gravis Energy Corp. was formerly Sukari Venture Corp., a CPC (Capital Pool Company) which completed the purchase of all of the issued and outstanding shares of Gravis Capital Corp. and now is listed on the CSE with symbol of GVE.
